Yesterday I had the honour of photographing the beautiful wedding of Catherine Ashman to Richard Owen. The celebration began in Llantrisant Parish Church. The autumn sun shone and the colours in the leaves beautifully complimented the orange details in the floral arrangements, designed and created by the bride's mum! Following the personal service, we returned to Catherine's parents' beautiful home to take some photographs in the house and garden. After a relaxed, if somewhat muddy photograph shoot, we followed the guests to De Courcey's for the speeches and wedding breakfast. Here the couple decided to break with tradition a little and chose to have the speeches before the meal; I am sure that the nervous men where more than happy to get that final formality done so that they could relax and enjoy the rest of what was a truly lovely day.
