Last weekend I had the lovely task of capturing the small, but perfectly formed, wedding of Connie and Daniel. Luck had not been on their side in the preparation of this wedding; unfortunately their planned wedding date had to be postponed because of the snow.
The day of the wedding (round two) finally arrived and the groom, Daniel, was nervously awaiting the arrival of his guests and bride, a few pre-wedding mishaps resulted in the late arrival of some of the wedding party but it was definitely worth the wait. Daniel was found anxiously peering out of the windows of the beautiful ceremony room in Cyfarthfa Castle. Connie was worth waiting for though; she arrived with her beautiful bridesmaids and flower girl daughters to tears and smiles.
After an intimate ceremony, where there were laughs about Connie's (Constance's) name, we talk a walk around the beautiful grounds of the castle. Thankfully the rain held off and the mild weather meant we could enjoy capturing some beautiful images. Our stroll was concluded in the gardens of the castle and followed buy a chance to chat and at the informal drinks reception. The celebration was concluded with cutting the cake and informal shots in the castle.
Thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your special day I loved every minute. Here's to a lifetime of smiles as Mr and Mrs Mabbitt.
